I have a passion for helping children, teens, and their families navigate life’s challenges. My approach to psychotherapy combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, which allows me to tailor my methods to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where my clients can explore their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.

In my work with children and adolescents, I focus on fostering strong emotional regulation skills, improving self-esteem, and addressing behavioral concerns in a way that feels empowering and manageable. Play therapy is a powerful tool I use to connect with younger clients, as it allows them to express themselves and process difficult emotions in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy reading, going on walks to clear my mind, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I believe in the importance of self-care and maintaining a balance in life, which helps me stay grounded and better support my clients on their journey to healing and growth.

I’m excited to work with you and support you or your child on the path to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
