Process Group for Injured Athletes

This group is designed to help athletes struggling with the mental and emotional impact of injury. Whether you’re coping with frustration, fear of re-injury, or navigating the emotional side of recovery, this group provides support and strategies to help you bounce back mentally and emotionally.

Open to all athletes 17 and older.

Freshman Athlete Transition Group

Stepping into college athletics is an exciting but challenging transition. Our Freshman Athlete Transition Group is designed for incoming college athletes across all sports and competition levels. This six-session group provides a space to navigate the mental and emotional aspects of moving from high school to college athletics while building connections with peers facing similar challenges.

Each session blends education, group discussion, and practical exercises to help athletes:

  • Define their identity and goals in a new environment
  • Identify key support systems (family, teammates, coaches)
  • Develop strategies for self-advocacy and open communication
  • Balance motivation, academics, and athletic commitments
  • Manage expectations and adjust to new pressures

This is not a clinical therapy group but a guided support space focused on connection, problem-solving, and personal growth. Some therapeutic exercises will be introduced, but no medical diagnosis or treatment will be provided.

Deepening Coach-Athlete Connection: An Experiential Training

Coaches have the power to shape not just athletes, but people. This training is designed to help coaches strengthen relationships with their athletes, fostering trust, motivation, and resilience. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, we’ll explore how to deepen athlete buy-in, create a culture of psychological safety, and improve communication that enhances both individual and team performance. Learn strategies to support athletes through challenges while maintaining accountability and high standards. Tap into what truly drives athletes while creating an environment of thriving and success.
